Unzip senator10.exe and you will see the following files:
qpro200.dll
threed.vbx
spkout.exe
csform.vbx
msoutlin.vbx
senators.pdb
senate.pdb
politics.ini
desc.txt
readme.txt

The spkout.exe file, politics.ini, and *.pdb files
should be located in the same directory. The other
supporting files should also be in the same directory, although
they could be copied to a directory within the DOS search
path. The VBRUN300.DLL is required to use spkout.exe.


The registered version of Speak Out v1.0 will include the full
US House of Representatives database. The software upgrades will
include a facility to track contacts using a calendar, ability
to add notes to any entry, and the addition of reporting options.
